Sitting in a GTX 1070 8gb atm. Gonna buy a new GPU but having a hard time deciding which.

Im sitting in a 144hz aoc24g2u monitor as my main and a Dell U2715H 27.0" 2560x1440 60 Hz Monitor as my other.

64GB Corsair vengeance RAM DDR4 3200
I7-8700k oc to 5.0ghz
Z370 carbon gaming pro motherboard
850W PSU

Mainly I will play D2R and have the possibility to load as many VM's as possible with D2R om them. In this aspect I guess the VRAM amount is the most important?

Also playing CSGO. No other games that are more demanding for now but maybe in the future.

Been looking at:

RTX 3080 ti 12gb
RTX 3080 12gb
RTX 3080 10gb
RTX 3070 ti 8gb
RTX 3060 12gb

What GPU would fit my need the most?

IF the VRAM is most important and 3060 is enough, of course that would be a lot cheaper..

Also maybe would consider a RX 6800 XT 16GB?

Prices in my country I could get today would be:

Sapphire Radeon RX 6800 XT 16GB PULSE: 1200€

MSI GeForce RTX 3060 12GB VENTUS 3X OC: 570€

MSI GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 8GB VENTUS 3X OC: 990€

ASUS GeForce RTX 3080 12GB TUF GAMING OC: 1350€

6700 XT was going to be my pick. you can grab one on a thursday if timed well. same with a 6800 XT, probably. 6600 xt would be good as well just depends on your circumstances
people say these cards are better for the money compared to the others.

Here I can get a ASUS Dual Radeon RX 6700 XT OC 12GB for 800€.
Hard to decide, probably many would do good..

Honestly if you aren’t going to be gaming at 1440p or 4K getting those cards is a waste

Might go for a 1440p 144hz 27" also

Looking to get an AMD rx 6800 16gb for 800-850€ and if I can get my hands on that invest in something like LG 27'' UltraGear 27GP850 QHD Nano IPS 180 Hz
