Suggest reading the book "brain longevity" by Dr. Singh Dharma. Judging by your post you will enjoy it and find useful things to add to your stack for your brain health

26 y.o, very active

Let me know what you recommend that I could add to my stack

If you have the time, get some blood work done and see where all your health markers are, ie. hormones, lipid, kidney , liver enzymes and what not. That will give you the most precise information of what possible supplements that would benefit you.

Cheers hope this helps,

Good source of magnesium (glycinate, taurate, threonate). Then you have the basics covered. Whey/isolate protein if you need it to reach your daily goals.

Anything extra would depend on the type of training you're doing and really at some point it's better to trim the list, believe me. It's simply better to invest more on a quality diet than many secondary supplements with limited effect.

You can also Google Layne Norton's tier list for supplements. Can be very informative, especially for natural health products that may have an effect on performance/recovery.

I'd add a probiotic and a vitamin D pill!
