extra vitamin C, I take 1g three times per day with meals.

NAC - I take this 2-3 times per day with meals, 700mg each tab.

a probiotic as mention for gut health, one time per day should be fine.

garlic extract for immune system.

l-glutathione

etc.

I am taking 20 things in my stack lmao.

regarding having good digestion because you have a good diet, that may be the case, that may not be the case. correlation does not mean causation.

also if you ask 10 people what a good diet is, you might get back 10 different answers.

imo a good diet is focus (as much as possible) on fruits and vegetables and fiber with as little as possible refined sugars, processed foods, trans fats, etc.
and has some understandable macros, i.e. not having 400g protein 20g fat and 50g carbs.

well, I have more suggestions, but you need to consider other things:

1. you might want to work on your diet in the sense of buying higher quality foods; additionally work on your rest, hydration, stress, etc.
2. more does not mean better
3. some of these supplements do not compliment each other
4. do you really know what works and what doesn't when you take a lot and each has minimum impact anyway?

Here are some more: ALA, Ashwaganda, Tumeric, Curcumin, Chromium picolinate, Tudca, Milk Thistle.

I got more lol.
