Phew I think im going to have to listen to the doctor and follow a low fodmap diet one of these days. IBS be outta control sometimes. I ate chili sometime last week and suffered for like 3 days.

Crohn's disease cannot be cured. Medications such as steroids and immunosuppressants are used to slow the progression of disease. If these aren't effective, a patient may require surgery. Could be colitis though, or gluten intolerance.

I try to do it as much as possible, but honestly the thing that fucks me up the most are Tomatoes / Onions. If you can cut those out as much as possible (especially tomato sauces, chili, ketchup) I bet it'll help a fuck load.
