some pizza
the dough is a homemade greek yogurt style.. added beef onion and medium sharp cheddar cheese
oh don't forget some bacon
smoked at 400 for 10 mins

I'm quite sure this tasted good, but that's stretching the definition of pizza a little. :lol:

What made you decide to use a greek yogurt style dough instead of traditional pizza dough?

Topping wise, this reminds me of a pizza I ate once that had braised shortrib and fried onions.

Dough is dough. The yogurt is usually added to dough to tenderize it. Because of its acidity, yogurt will relax the gluten, thus making the bread more tender.

Hard disagree that dough is dough. Coming from someone who worked in an artisanal bakery. I can see how the lactic acid would act as a dough conditioner of sorts tho. I hadn't considered that, but I'm glad I asked!
