You are not serious with your prices dude. Check around how much they goes nowadays.
Also if you are seriously want to do these services than get some basic leveling gear for hollow palm technique.

Than try it out :) I can level any class within 5 hours to A1-10 with it, and im noob gamer xd

well, it usually take me ~6-8h without hollow palm technique

Half of his prices.. Some of them doing cheaper :) I'm sure those all using hollow palm.. That leveling method too broken. That is why you can get 1-70 for 1500 fg and so on..
