imo its better than bloodied cause it provides even more damage ofc you need to be on drugs downside (what literally doesnt do that much offset) but also you dont have that low hp pool to play with, especially when you usually dont put much endu points in s.p.e.c.i.a.l. thus you got very little manevour of play if it comes to taking damage
also got this junkie fatman xD with 50% limb damage which multiplies over its aoe effect and guess what - 3rd mod is 90% reduced weight xD sweet isnt it?
and i also have another heavy weapon - or its rather alike sniper rifle if you would come to think of it, its guess what another junkie - harpoon gun with 33% vats hit chance and 25% lower vats cost
just a note im not greedy and not playing f76 regulary since i think long ago ... so can trade it for lower than market standing price
