If your elbows and shoulders are healthy try this out.
Flat bench
Then go incline dumbbell press, no need to incline too high, it will mess your shoulders up, just a slight is fine. Get a real good stretch at the low, put some weight up on this
Incline hammer press
Then flies, if you can set the cables down and fly up, that will target your upper chest.
Do this for 3-6 months and reassess, you’ll need to eat well and you’ll grow.
