Need some workouts to help develop my upper chest. Always thought it was just bad genetics but realizing that it’s because I’m not doing shit like kneeling landline presses and such. What else should I be doing to make my chesticals pop outta my tank from the top?

Any incline press / Hex press / low-to-high cables. Proper contraction should be priority.

Upright rows, supinated (DB or BB) front raises, incline DB.

Barely anything you can do. Just keep trying to grow your chest overall.

Hi greater,

If your elbows and shoulders are healthy try this out.

Flat bench
Then go incline dumbbell press, no need to incline too high, it will mess your shoulders up, just a slight is fine. Get a real good stretch at the low, put some weight up on this
Incline hammer press
Then flies, if you can set the cables down and fly up, that will target your upper chest.

Do this for 3-6 months and reassess, you’ll need to eat well and you’ll grow.

Incline dumbbell press are best for growing that chest.

slight incline presses and cable flies on chest day
dumbell military db press and high incline db on shoulder day

The number one key is the mind body connection.
Do slower reps and really focus on feeling the chest contact.
This applies to any muscle though.

incline but it is also genetic.

i like to do like 3 sets on setting one (barely above horizontal) bench. then 3 sets on the next one and 3 sets on the next one.

you can also do incline chest on smith machine.

and mind to body connection is very important.
