It's like $20/hr not $80. You aren't able to purchase fg at the same rate it exchanges for. That's just how the fg/$ system works. Assuming he's a halfway decent coach, $20/hr isn't bad at all. I don't know this guy, or have any idea if he's any good, but you're just factually incorrect about fg ratios by a pretty significant margin and felt that needed to be corrected.
