Method and steps you use

These are the products I use and I've found great results however I'm doing by hand and going to move to a dual action I hear for better results.

Meguires Scratch X 2.0
Meguires Swirl Remover
Megirues Mirror Glaze Hi-Tech Yellow Wax

So how exactly do you guys detail a car and what steps do you do them in?

By Hand?
By Duel Action?
