I'm making this topic to discuss patch 22.2 for Battlegrounds and for posting my 1st/2nd place wins with each hero & buddy. (I'll attempt to avoid any repeat hero wins)

Work has been quite busy and I didn't have a chance to play much yet. This is my only decent game so far:



Overall, the update seems quite interesting, but some heroes are a bit too op in my opinion. what do you guys think?

Also, Cam, have you tried playing Murlocs with Illidan yet? To me that seemed almost as good if not better than playing Murlocs with George. What are you thoughts on that?

I agree some heros are way too op and others really need the armor to return asap to help balance.

I have not tried murlocs on illidan yet but he seems to be one of the top tier heros with the addtion of his new buddy.

Agree with you entirely. The armor needs to come back for some of these heroes.

Finally got it after you guys went to sleep!!!







Totally fine with 3rd place just wanted the minion before it gets nerfed. Plus I learned the Damage cap when hitting a minion. Game started lagging hard in between tavern & battle phase I assume from the numbers being pre-calculated. Over 1Billion damage inb4 nerf

i like battlegrounds. The update is nice. The only thing missing in battlegrounds is any reward. There is no rewarding thing at all besides the rating which is useless or am i missing something?
Most of the time i lvl my d2r chars in baals while playing battlegrounds
