Did my first Strongman competition and placed 7/20, very happy all my events were a PR for me, happy with my placement only being 5 months into training. One more competition in June and then off season training.

Strength has gone up plenty, conditioning is much better, dick is much harder, and have unintentionally lost 25 pounds just from working out, I have not made big changes to my diet or tried to lose weight.


Things are going great - barley touched my PC and am enjoying life with my soon to be wife and gonna stay consistent in the gym - Met a friend who has strongman equipment and can train with him often.

Gonna keep going. Excited for this journey.

Been a long time since an update, but they are going to come slower and fewer in between as I progress. Have not done any measurement updates, and will be attempting new 1RM's on lifts with asteriks's at the end of September and post again. For now :


Sept 1

1 rep maxes
Squat: 325lbs*
Deadlift: 475lbs
Bench: 200lbs*
OHP: 165lbs(Strict) 215lbs (Push)


Storngman lifts:
Axel clean n press - 200lbs
Trap Bar Deadlift - 650lbs
Atlas Stones - 275lbs/52' - 300lbs/lapped
Truck pull(2 Logging Trucks) - 100m/49.18seconds
Conans wheel - 350lbs 111ft
Fingals Fingers - 350lbs , 410lbs to chest

405 lbs Squat finishing my current program. Going to deload and redo maxes at the end of the month, see if I cant put 20 pound son it by then and update maxes.



Hiring a coach at this point! Getting stronger than my mentor and am going in the right direction.
