I don't think it worth a lot, yes it have 30 extra vita, but I suppose regular eth upped skullders have almost 1600 def difference, which is much more than 30 vita.

Cool uniques the skulder's is definitely rare, back in 1.10 i had seen a few 2 all gvalors but even then they were also rare, on east.
