So when the medical recommendations come back and say "Hey, turns out this group has worse outcomes and that can be startified based on race", they're not being racist. They're just reporting the facts. It's not racist to acknwledge race as a socioeconomic risk factor. It's just reality. Same as being poor, or working long hours and being customer facing.
Two wrongs don't make a right. You're not sensibly justified to solve previous racial discrimination effects with more racial discrimination.
