Not with shared cast delay, no. And it sucks in Hell without high end gear.

"worth it" is tough - look, you can get yourself one for a low amount of FG and see if you like it by running cows & stuff:

I don't know how much taht goes for (haven't traded here for a while) but you prolly can get all of that for ~ 200 fg.
If it's something you enjoy, I believe it to be worth it

Upgrades from here:
Eni > Infinity > phoenix (unsure if you use it tbh, but it seems worthwhile) > Anni > whatever upgrades you want

melee sorc/bow sorc

frost phyis bowazon can farm farm everything with ease. phyis for p1-p3 frostmaiden for p4+

trapsin is the same except much tankier than bowazon but slower

ww hork barb for trav, chaos seal bug

in general, PVP refers to high level duels, eg lvl 80+ with end game gear.

PVM is way more broad. eg:
1) farming lvl 80+ with end game gear
2) playing from normal a1 to hell a5 with self found gear
3) playing from normal a1 to hell a5 with transferred gear
4) playing from normal a1 to normal a5
5) playing from normal a1 to nightmare a5
6) playing in teams
7) ultra safe in hardcore
etc

Personally, I like to play normal a1 to normal a5 with some transferred gear (eg: fcr rings, +3 skills staff/wand). a ton of builds are viable.

fissure druids are amazing until nightmare a4. i would run fissure through normal, then switch to fire claws with ribcracker for nightmare. using fury works ok-ish on the fire immunes, but i don't go into hell since there are so many immunes.

trap assassins are one of the easiest to solo hell with self found gear. cloak of shadows and mind blast are amazing, and you can use fire blast to kill the immunes.

i wanna try meteorb in the new patch, hopefully makes it more feasible to play.
