Will make the first hit that much more important. Could spike the price of fhr charms. Deminishing returns to me means still some but not as much so will need more fhr to accomplish normal fhr #'s

Not clear. They said it's to prevent people getting stuck but the wording suggests otherwise.

I think it says that the more you are hit, the less time the animation lasts

The bulleted description suggests YOU as the one getting hit start losing FHR the more you're hit by another player. But then the Developers Comments says this is to prevent people from hit locking you.....? Can anyone make sense of this lol
