The lack of action in general is bad, but the fact op hasn't even recieved an answer at all regarding any plans of action or anything while accused scammer gets to continue on making deals is where it gets really bad. Atleast communicate with the person who got scammed. Also, I totally agree that this makes scammers more bold and confident, and this kind of response will lead to more people being scammed 100%

I've got scammed more in softcore, but in hardcore, the community is smaller and we all recognize each other, so I haven't personally experienced it here in hc.

Could the mod do more to make this website more secure and less prone to scams? Sure. However, I think the responsibility also lies with people making the trades. For bigger trades, the site offers mediators that can act as a mediator so you do not get scammed.

Something helpful before making trades are the following: (1) How veteran is the person you are trading with? (Check their join date, and recent posts they have made), (2) How much fg does this person have? (3) Will the other person go first? (If not, then ask for a mediator).

We appreciate the service you do here but there are precautions to take to prevent scams, and we can't entirely blame the website for what happens. If that was the case, it's always the government's fault for people breaking the law.

Lol what on earth is this response… aren’t they supposed to help anyone that gets scammed? Isn’t that the point of the scammer accusation forums? All I’m saying Kitz provides a ton for the jsp community (free Ubers) and the community mods can’t even give him a response when he gets scammed.

Side note- do you think the owner of the forum is upset he does free Ubers?? I bet having good people like kitz make the owner money as people are more willing to try jsp (and deposit) the more chill people there are.

He's saying he got scammed by going first and trading fortitude. He expected 1kfg back but didn't get it.

This has nothing to do with ubers.

The guy got scammed, period.

Scammers need to be punished or we might as well shut down the accusation forums

I was robbed of much more ... infi, maras 30 and soso torch at a time when prices were up, overall it was my fault stupid credibility, he pretended to be someone else .... and you didn't know much how it goes here. ... when I solved it, no one did anything (I wrote on the scam forum, sent a video to the admin - I even shot it lol), I even know what d2jsp nick did it, but no one solved it, so I understand, I learned and I'm glad for that, the experience is worth something .... nevertheless I quite like it here, but it is true that there are certain groups that work together for the purpose of profit only (mining anihil, etc.) so I would not be surprised by a larger connection mods and so on ... yet there are also nice people buyers sellers and with several I have already traded and always cool
