Apparently Sony has some contracts with Activision/Blizzard on some games that go way into the future that they expect Microsoft to honor. I almost guarantee COD is one of them because of all the past exclusive content PS players sometimes got.

Ye they can honor stuff but If it's free on gamepass it will bring people Into xbox anyways no matter the agreement.

Yes it will but probably not Sony customers that don’t already own Xbox. I wouldn’t buy an Xbox just cause they added D4 for instance to game pass if it’s still on my PlayStation. Game pass is too high for me anyways I’d rather just buy the games I want. I bet game pass goes up to 25/30 dollars a month this year sometime with these newer acquisitions as well.
