What's the most efficient way to prep tonnes of chicken breast.
I go through more than a case a week,
Boiling? Straight in the over? A mix? Something else?
Idk about flavor, texture, spices etc, I just need to have it cooked all the way through and I am cutting it up to throw into other foods.
But I eat several breasts a day and prep is getting exhausting.
Slow cooker work at all?
