How do you claim seasonal rewards? I'm Confused

If you're talking about the set items etc then its bottom left of your screen and there should be a mail icon i believe.

If you're talking about the pet and frame then just go to seasonal journey and click enlist - Do all the challenges.

But I need to beat all acts correct? I'm stuck with trying to equip my follower.. Where can I find a enchantress focus?

you're new to the game. You should get level 70 then go in public torment 6 games, rifts and greater rifts. All your questions will be easily answered there.

You can either craft an enchantress focus stone at smith or they randomly drop. I wouldn't worry about these if I were you but do what you think is fun. I'd personally level to 70 alone, I think that's more fun.

Teaming up with someone here or on twitch/discord server to guide you will make the journey a lot faster. There's a lot more stuff to show you
