does it always showed in its name?

It will say LHR or Rev 2.0
Otherwise it will say 2021 Edition.

All the newer manufactured Nvidia 30’s (precisely cards after the 3060 model) series besides “founders edition” don’t state anywhere that they’re LHR, but they are so you should beware of that.

By default, at this time, RTX 3060, 3070Ti and 3080Ti are all LHR. This means the available non-LHR are in 3060Ti, 3070, 3080 and 3090.

Rev2 does not necessarily mean LHR either. It's a common misunderstanding that people use it as a general rule, which in fact, isn't accurate. It may be mostly true but it's not universal. Gigabyte RTX 3080 Aorus Master are LHR starting Rev3. Rev1 vs Rev2 are both non-LHR and the only difference is going from two power connectors to three.

I own the Rev2 and it's not LHR.

The best way to see if they are LHR or not among the population of 3060Ti, 3070, 3080 and 3090, is to look at their manufacturer's website and specs.

I'm pretty sure all new cards are LHR except 3090 and AMD cards

Used cards are a bit of a craps shoot, if the seller knows, they probably mined on it (not as bad as it used to be, most miners undervolt now so less wear on the card, but still).

If you plan on mining on the side just get a card that fits your needs and mine anyways. LHR cards have a decent hashrate anyways and there are cryptos unhindered by LHR (it's designed to limit ether mining specifically)

If you're building a miner I'd recommend last gen 5700xt for price/performance if you can find them
