By default, at this time, RTX 3060, 3070Ti and 3080Ti are all LHR. This means the available non-LHR are in 3060Ti, 3070, 3080 and 3090.
Rev2 does not necessarily mean LHR either. It's a common misunderstanding that people use it as a general rule, which in fact, isn't accurate. It may be mostly true but it's not universal. Gigabyte RTX 3080 Aorus Master are LHR starting Rev3. Rev1 vs Rev2 are both non-LHR and the only difference is going from two power connectors to three.
