Looking to buy the pieces over time, seeing as some parts may take a minute to find/receive.
This being stated, deals, sales, and rebates aren't a huge thing. I'll be watching prices as I buy parts but I'm just looking for a list currently.

Budget: $4-5k after all is said and done.
More specific use (what games, what programs): WoW, ARK, Warzone, Apex, etc.. Multiple screens.
Planned time until purchase: Overtime.
Do you need an Operating System?: Negative.
Do you have any specific preferred components?: Would like to go with AMD.
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: Negative.
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Not entirely sure.
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: Negative.
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): 25401

Would love a White themed build in this case: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/VxRzK8/lian-li-pc-o11dw-atx-full-tower-case-pc-o11dw

Down with water cooling as well.

There’s no point if you’re collecting overtime. You might as well wait until you actually have a graphics card, then people can help you with the rest. Come back when you have one

The only part that is not white is the PSU. This is because PC Part Picker doesn't have the new (?) Seasonic Focus GX White.

I did not pick out a GPU because we're in a short supply and high demand, still after a year or so.

Finding a X570 motherboard that is white and has WiFi/BT was a challenge. For some reason the B550 motherboard with white and WiFi/BT is more common from my search.

Also, I tried to stay away from RGB but you can get them for the same brand & model for RAM and AIO Cooler.

I went with the AIO cooler (even though I prefer not to) because the cooler height restriction with the case is 155mm. Most good ones are 165mm.
