So i havent done any configuring to my setting at all because im not sure what im supposed to do exactly lol, i am downloading new drivers for my gpu off the nvidia website atm & its saying 1 hour to download this file & do i need to put settings on my cpu,gpu,or ram or anything?? i want to be able to get the best optimal use out of my rig without over clocking because i dont think thats necessary for what i use my rig for.

Just install the motherboard drivers, and the vid card driver, and that's it...

I installed all drivers the only one that I kept getting an error on was j believe called VGA drive or something like that Id don’t understand why it’s not

Post a screenshot of Device Manager with View > Show Hidden Devices, check marked.

Not sure if xmp profile is still a thing but select that in bios for the ram
