If I finish 5 trades, am I allowed to post new trade even though it hasn't been 5 hours or w/e the bump time is?

Yes as long as you don’t have 4 topics in the top 50

You can have as many topics as you want again as long as only 4 are in the top 50 at any given time

There is no finished trades limitation.
