Can we report people for racial comments in private messages?

The recommended workflow is just blocking the user, if the user harasses you on posts, you can gather them up and pm a trade moderator directly.

If you are preparing a trade and are not wanting to go through with it, you could decline to make the trade. Given no one would be scammed.
