I use to put them on spinach salad with goat cheese, strawberry, toasted almonds, red onions and poppy seed dressing. They are more for a pop of colour and their tartness cuts threw fatty flavour like cheese. Fun on a charcuterie board - meats/cheese/nuts

Actually just eating another one. I think I got a bland one last time. This one is a lot better.
