Storyline is basically a New Japanese SDF Vessel gets transported back to 1942 from the start of the 21st Century.
Note: I found it slow and somewhat boring, I only watched it to see a different view of travelling back in time.

There are reasons for some people to go Dub.
Accent of the characters, especially if there are multiple Nationalities in the show.
Subtitles are too fast and you have to pause to read it, thus missing out on enjoying the Graphics = not relaxing, you miss out on some of the emotional context they are trying to use in the show.
I prefer Dub over Sub any day, but I do watch Sub. Some good subbed Anime I started watching I gave up on because text was too fast, felt none of the emotions of the characters, the accent of 2-3 characters were too high pitched it was annoying (most likely the same voice actor) and just stopped watching it, it wasn't relaxing or enjoyable.
I wish I could read faster, I wish they would leave the subtitle up longer (especially when you can hear them still trying to complete the sentence in their native tongue and the subtitle is no longer there). Shit, I wish there was an "Audible Translator" when watching anything with different/multiple languages.
