I have a little twist on that idea.

How about removing the wait time on sending pms Except if it's to the same user. (This would prevent spam pming the same person without a wait time)
Yet then you'd be able to pm multiple people quickly. As he stated, right now it'd basically take the user 7 minutes to pm the last man of an 8 man rush.

If this is possible to do, I believe removing the PM wait time when sending pms to different users only would help a bit in the long run of things.

sure but i prefer the CC honestly
both would be nice

With how many scammers take advantage of the PM system this just seems like a terrible idea.
