the one that is circled at top of syllable... not sure what letter this is, or if it's a double or strong consonant? and eiither way , which one is it?
I've never seen it drawn this way....
/ME EDIT: nevermind figured it out, it's a double consonant. for K/G
ㄲ is this, the one in the image is less clear, haven't seen it drawn like that.
