I'm just curious to find this info. I know Tals Ammy is the highest qlvl set item we can find on norm Meph. We found one while rushing my barb which I found quite funny.

Normal Mephisto has a 1:16193 chance to drop tal's ammy.

I actually got it from him a few years back... well more like 15 years back

I found tals ammy off normal Radament many years ago

It can’t drop until trav iirc. Needs mlvl 26 to drop at any rate, so wherever that starts haha. I’m sure it’s POST-norm rad tho

It can drop in normal tombs at the earliest.
