Yes u wont hit 1 frame with that... Ur at 70wep ias + 105 off hand ias. You need 100wep ias as a minimum, and im pretty sure it was 140 offhand ias.
You need:
100ias runic or greater talon. Else u will be delay ed heavy.
Then u need high bos level, and fana level from merc.
Then you need high ias.
Shapers are getting a buff/delay to their animspeed based on wepon base and wepon ias..and wepon type.
* Formula with example(Bear Assassin, using Runic Claw 100ias(-30 WSM which becomes 30 in formula), lvl 36 Bos(57 SIAS) + lvl 15fana merc (33 SIAS) + 140 GearIas:
Delay = [256*(11) / [100+30+100)*208/100]] = 5
AnimSpeed= [10 * 256 / 5] = 512
EIAS = [120 * 240 / (120 + 240)] + 90 + 30 = 200 (this would be 75 in d2lod)
Frames BearPaw = {256*12/[(208 + EIAS)/100*Anim speed]}- 1 = 1 FRAME! 25 attacks pr second. On regular D2LOD this would be 3 frames.
