Quick guide to new d2r build:
Not optimal build, just a fun ctc build. I dno, might be usefull on bear as well, but i dont know bear attackspeed formula.
Gel87's Nado Wolf:(according to my calculations a 50ias scourge with 40ias offhand reach 4/4/4/4/7 frames fury as long as you have lvl 33 werewolf skill)
(according to my calculations a 50ias scourge with 55ias offhand reach 4/4/4/4/7 frames fury as long as you have lvl 19 werewolf skill)
(i checked eth zod version, and 15ias jool versions and they require to high off-wep-ias)

10 to shapeshift skills.
13 to druid/all skills.
Skilling:
20 cyclone armor, twister, hurricane

10 werewolf (if u put 10 here u can cham ur helm, and use 10fcr/dual leech ring instead of raven)
1 lycan
1 grizzly and wolves etc.
1 oak
9 how (if lvl 99)
Lvl 18 nadoes casted by stormalash will with theese syntenergies deal: 1491-1619 damage.
Lvl 13 twister might deal around 100-200 dmg, but they will stun enemies and cause crowd control.
Lvl 10 static will lower life of any none immunes enemy, making them food for nadoes/fury damage.
Hurricane deal 1,2k dmg.
48% crushing blow
20% chance at 4 frame attack: 0,2 * (25/4) = 1,25 nadoes pr second on average
0,08 * 6,25 = 0,5
0,15 * 6,25 = 0,93
Fcr breaks are:
30 (spirit alone)
46 (spriti + arach)
63 (spirit + arach + 10fcr/dual leech ring)
Eth reapers + treachury + Guilaume 'cham' act 2 might merc.
Ur fury physical dmg:
Fury: 814%ed
How: 237%ed
Str: 160% ed(just picked a number xD)
Might lvl 20: 230% ed
Min: 12*(1+((814+237+160+230)/100)) = 184
Max: 320*(1+((814+237+160+230)/100)) = 4931
(did not calculate the 350ed from LOH to demons)
Crushing blow will deal much as well, so good boss killer too
To sum it up:184 to 4931 direct dmg(350% bonus to demons did not calc) - 6,25 attacks pr sec
1491 to 1619 tornadoes: 1,25 cast pr sec
100-200 ish dmg twister(stun swirl): 0,5 cast pr sec(if 1 ring, 1 pr sec if 2 rings)
Statics: 0,93 cast pr sec
Crushing blow: ~3,125 pr sec
Hurricane: 1 hit pr sec i belive, 1,2k cold dmg.
All physical and crushing blow boosted by merc's decreap.
Strong merc. (aura, strong gear, HOW, stun from carrions etc)
