Can anyone let me know if we should do it differently to avoid any possible TOS. I know how a normal trade would go in D2R but I’ve seen a lot of peoples signatures stating don’t mention FG or JSP. Thanks in advance.

Don't mention JSP and/or FG in-game when you're trading. Also, when trading for currency, it's recommended that you put a random rare in the trade window if you're the one receiving the currency, or requesting a rare from the person you're selling currency to, to make it look like a legitimate trade.

I do trades like this (Buyers Side when buying Ex):
PM seller your IGN + any Rare-Item without value (prefer easy names on cluster jewels or jewellry) that exists in your inventory. So the seller can post ingame sth like: @name Hi. I would like to buy your Doom Loop Diamond Ring listed for 50 Ex in Scourge League.
Then you trade item vs ex ingame. Buying Items I always trade for 1 Orb of Chance.

Sure you can do with less Effort, but I feel safe that way.

I never did those and never had any problem since beta.

I have both sold here and IRL for cash and as long as you don't talk about it in game you are good. Just communicate with pm / with whatever outside means.
