they do not ban accounts as easily as before, most likely they will just perm mute you
they cannot lose any $$$, they are ditching the arena and they've had to put MTX in rs3 on hold because the gamblers union is deeming it as gambling(all games are being careful now etc etc, every other reason in the book)
the next move would be moving all super rare nontradable items and tradable walks to the oddaments store in rs3 and making their price tag reach atleast 200 spins (12-14 bonds) each, only something like this would balance out the removal of the arena
