treachery overides your Burst of speed.

My personal preference for a pure uber kicksin is Duriel's shell.

My current setup:

helm- Gface um'd
Amulet- angelic
ring 1 - angelic
ring2 - Wisp
Belt - string
Gloves- Dracs
Boots- up'd goreriders
Shield- SS um'd
Weapon- Stormlash shael'd
Armor- duriel's shell um'd

swap- Cta + spirit

Skills:
20 talon
1 flight

20 venom
Enough into BoS to hit max frames when on cta spirit swap w. bo
all leftover into fade ( only used for meph)
1 cloak of shadows

1 death sentry
9 into fire blast ( keeps death sentry up for longer)

This setup goes from keys to torch in 6- 10 minutes if walking yourself 4-5 minutes if you have someone tele.

So some quick notes. I’ve seen other guides max SW or SM, do you think this is even remotely necessary? And also what merc gear should be used?

works well, the only way I can really die is if I get amp'd while fighting lilith

Duress for sure.
Ias break is 95 if stormlash. 6,57 attacks pr sec.
With 50 ias its 6,25 attacks pr sec, so this is viable as well.
