I want to swap all fans on my used PC and meanwhile maybe i thought about upgrading it a bit.
Only thing which is new on this PC is the Graphics Card.
PC is only gonna used for D2R + CSGO + LoL and i would say these 3 games are not so demanding.

Im not a big shark within PC Building and components so i would like to hear what you guys think i should upgrade.

Operating System
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i7 4770 @ 3.40GHz
Haswell 22nm Technology
RAM
16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. Z87-A (SOCKET 1150)
Graphics
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (ASUStek Computer Inc)
Storage
232GB Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB (SATA (SSD))

Informations from program "Speccy" if u need more information about a part let me know

In my opinion, it's not worth upgrading. Just use that PC until it dies, considering your use which is fairly light.

You have an Intel 4th generation CPU. The current generation is 11th. If you're thinking of a CPU upgrade to 11th generation, you'll be forced to upgrade your motherboard and RAM with it. Or even 5th generation, which will force you to upgrade the motherboard (but maybe keep the same RAM?).

If you want to upgrade your GPU, go for it. Again, I don't think it's worth upgrading given the other components. Your current motherboard supports up to PCIe Gen3. This means that RTX 2000 series will get the full bandwidth and capability (but possibly limited by your CPU; I haven't checked). You can also pick the RTX 3000 series, but it uses PCIe Gen4. So the full bandwidth isn't there but the loss or difference between Gen3 vs Gen4 should not be significant for your use/games.

I feel you buddy

what about keeping my graphics card, and start from there buying new things?

EDIT: Graphics card is the only new thing on this PC

Yes, you can upgrade the CPU, motherboard, RAM, and everything else except the GPU.

For CPU and given your use/games, you can go with Ryzen 5 (5000 series, current) or Intel i5 (11th generation, current). You can spend or increase your budget more and go for a Ryzen 7 (5000 series, current) or Intel i7 (11th generation, current).

If you go with Ryzen, search for either B550 or X570 motherboards.
If you go with Intel, search for Z590 motherboards.

If you use controllers via Bluetooth, you probably want a motherboard with built in WiFi, because it's also built in Bluetooth. Unless you have a separate WiFi/BT card.

As for RAM, go for 16GB minimum and 3200/3600MHz.

I don't know what PSU you have, but use a calculator from NewEgg or Seasonic to identify how much you need.
If you ever plan on upgrading your GPU from GTX 1050 Ti to RTX 3000 series, probably 550W is the lowest with the 3060 non-FE. At max, 850W with 3090 non-FE.

So with these 3 parts my pc pc would last another millenia right? plus new fans psu etc and maybe new case which fits with the motherboard

that hardware should be able to push those games just fine, i'd recommend you clean it out, add fans (or maybe check temps first to see if you have an issue) and even do a fresh install of windows if you haven't in a while. you can undervolt your hardware and see how high you can overclock unless you really don't have the K version of the processor. also make sure you're not running that SSD nearly full.

This ^^

Once you start sourcing out new MOBO..New CPU.. you're already spending too much for what you can get new/build new.. and even if you wanted to upgrade the GPU in this to the RTX2000/3000 series, with an 4th Gen i7 you will more than likely run into bottleneck/performance issues

If those are the style of games you are playing, I'd recommend riding this one out and then getting a new setup with a Ryzen 5 5600G. The APU in this will outperform your dedicated GTX1050Ti GPU all day, and helps keep costs low since you don't need a dedicated GPU..

Sell the used & take that profit to buy new.

GL!
