123 valks are in a bit of a different ball park with regards to people mass duping way back when. Again, clash tests will roots these unpermed items out.

Luci is an og pvp player one of the best of his time in fact. hes not a scrub and wouldnt have unperm items on his char. and the boots have seen a lot of action in and out of games.

they may not have history but thats because they are 14 years old. and hes the owner. he is the history.
and these are just imps... not like its a 123 valk wraith brands etc

this guy is not a random selling unperms nor is he some multi hes probably barely touched d2 outside of refreshing his chars the past decade.
