i agree. Yesterday i went into a twitch streamer who was part of the communication line to the community during the beta, and asked him if he thought making a video about the crash, server down, rollback issues... he said it would be complaining just to complain, that they know about the issues and that theyre working on it. Thats great and all but why am i hearing that from a fucking 19 whatever year old kid and not from the company were paying to play the game?
remember when Wow had in game GMs that would address your issue on the spot? Remember when you could talk to someone to get your character transfered to a new server, merged with a different account, ect? Now they cant even tell us why the servers arent up and what theyre doing to address it....
its a fucking chip shortage! if theres an infrastructure issue thats a perfectly great reason actually for this to be happening... thats fine. JUST TELL US!!! lol.
