For some random reason my microphone just stopped working on my headset. I plugged it into my phone to see if it was working and it is! It's just on my computer from the looks of it. Here's a list of solutions that I've tried with no success.

1. Unplugged headset, restarted PC and plugged back in.
2. Disabled my headset and enabled it.
3. Uninstalled the headset, unplugged it from my pc. Turned pc off and back on and plugged it back in. Allowing windows to automatically install the drivers.
4. Set my headset as default under the microphone settings (windows 10)
5. Tried all different USB ports available on my PC (including ones that were already in use by other devices)

Pretty much out of ideas right now. Was hoping someone has either experienced this before or knows someone that has and maybe knows the solution.
To my knowledge, Kingston does not have any driver updates for the headset.

And yes I have checked the button on the side of the sound adjuster.

I'm not sure if I'm looking at the right item.

But does that headset connect to the computer via USB?

Does that headset have a detachable mic via 3.5mm?
