What level is best for CM for a FO sorc in classic..? is one point enough or should you put 17? (not sure if it's like expak?)


And since static can bring hell mobs down to 1 hp, is it better to skip maxing icebolt and max static instead?

Static field was only used before 1.07 because no immunes and frozen orb had about 25% the ice bolts as it does now, and blizzard was different also, however you could spam without cool down.

In today's patch the cold skills are so strong they dont need anything else
