Well, didnt know people kept them as pets, read on google they do. Around here they are treated as pests, and pretty much not wanted around as they kill the native species chicks and eggs.
GL with it, read they are good speakers.

A Mynah, learn something new everyday interesting article. Reminds me of that video earlier today with a lady that fed treats to a raven that spoke eerily sound like an actual human.
