Been working on games and simulations for around 14 years now, and have experience in mostly everything from small 3d sidescroller games to online turn based rpgs.

NOTE: Since there is no rules on doing something like this for fg, I will note that this is kinda experimental and really kinda thinning the line of the other rule of not posting any exe files as there will be project files that need to be transferred after a completion.

You can learn fairly easily if you Have the time.

Tons of guides on youtube for all of this on all platforms

Just need a decent computer with 3050ti or 3060rtx + 16 gb ram recommended ssd

Also some full courses for cheap on udemy or coursera has some for unity

My suggestion would be start with unity as it has a full walk-through built in and is alot easier to learn than unreal engine but those are your two game engines for too of the line graphics

Yup completely agree with the above, it is not difficult to get started. There is a ton of tutorials and recommend that you get your feet wet before looking for a teacher.
I would not be against teaching or helping out in that area tho.




Never worked on "RPG Maker", but I would assume that it is basic javascript which should probably be fine.
