I never watched a movie before where I utter the words "holy fucking shit" more than 10 times at the climax of the film.

The first 45-60 minutes felt like a B-grade horror movie at best. The climax was mildly entertaining, the effects were solid, but it's another 5-6/10 (if I'm being generous), and that's only if you can stomach the absolutely abhorrent beginning of this film.

The twist was very obvious halfway through the movie.

It was watchable at least.

but I adore this film, I didnt predict the twist and the mystery at all. I thought it was brilliantly made.

James Wan produced and directed this film.
I want to see more brilliantly made movies like this.
