I was thinking of going zero dex for my wind druid and maxing vitality.

I was also thinking of putting points into oak sage last after the tornado stuff (more strength for cyclone armor).

Thanks. I'd like to be DvSorc but for now I do need to level up... I'm at 60 so far though.

I'm definitely going block. Death lords, Cows, Dolls and doll explosions, everything that kills is physical and blockable.

You should always go block in HC if you're going to wield a shield. Exception being if you have CTA and 2k life as a light sorc for the FCR maybe.

Pick up Whistans if you can't afford SS.

Whistans is a great shield. If you really need resistances pick up Mosers.

Looking back on this, I wouldn't put points in block on a druid because you got oak and cyclone armor unless you plan to be PvM or DvMelee.
