Why would you name drop a bunch of strength training disciplines to a guy who sounds like he hasn't even done a push up in his whole life?

In my experience, this kind of overly wordy name dropping language comes out of people who want to sound like they fit in with a community. Larper

Just because he has not trained extensively does not mean he does not have a set goal. His goal maybe to compete in a strongman competition that focuses on push press or log press. Its not uncommon for people who have not trained to want to compete in something and that is their goal and while you would incorporate general strength training you would have to incorporate competition exercises due to specificity.

I have tracked my lifts across this forum for years and others as much as you want to rub one out to me since you always seem to have a hard on for me that wont convince me to be releasing photos online.

Youre going to have to rub one out to another dude.
