I used to play first season of pd2 . It was not bad but at the end it was all for nothing because there wasn't non leader and everything I worked for few months was gone like a fart in a wind.the staff team of pd2 told that at the end of the season . If I knew at the beginning I won't even start to play it.
There was everyday realm crush
And there was banning for trading in jsp.
Teribble experience I have with it and I hope d2r put the end to it for good.
Meaby there are few people left but without community and free trade diablo can't exist.

Median XL is so awesome.
It's a totally new game. Diablo 1 monsters and chars make an appearance, the skills are completely redone.
There's so much more to do and enjoy as a SSF char (Solo Self Found Char).
Im currently a Maelstrom Sin (Throwing Knife build) with a shapeshift merc (act 2 wearbear)

D2 legacy isn't even in the rearview. D2R is for the new generation of scammers.
PD2 is kind of embarassing to play.
PoD is too easy.

If you wanna play a single player, self found mod with entirely new content and NOT looking to farm with a hammerdin or light sorc, try Median XL.
It's daunting because of how much is different, but you're not a lil' bitch and know enough about the mechanics to try something new.
Farming normal while you're level 105 is worth it to actually be able to upgrade your current gear, but it doesn't affect end game gear. there's a ceiling you gotta break through.
Legacy d2 is for pvper's.
Ive tried all the mods. I play median XL cuz of the actual nostalgia of the butcher, King Leoric, Succubi from D1
and all the new monsters you get to pvm. It's good times.

Median XL has been the best thing i've done to kill time while flying over these twats.
Im Solo Self Found, still struggle, never been scammed, rely on being 30+ years old and know how to play a game.
