For some reason since downloading Windows 10 onto a laptop it won’t allow me to download files or anything from the internet (tried with both Firefox and Microsoft Edge)

I’m trying to download the Battle.net desktop app from Blizzard.com but it keeps stopping about 90% of the way through and says Failed (Network Issue)

Please assist

It's a version of windows 10 that limits what you can do, like only being able to download from the windows app store and stuff like that

in the search bar at the bottom type "This PC"
then when you see it pop up, RIGHT click it and go to properties
under the Windows Specifications section
what Edition is listed there?

Do you have a metered connection? I would look into your Firewall and VPN/Proxy settings to make sure there aren’t any unintended surprises there.

Anything at all?
I would look at your antivirus first, are you running one?

While you check that, also try changing your downloads folder, it could be blocking the download request due to a variety of reasons.
