Diablo 4 Itemisation is very average compared to Diablo 2 - we need more variety like Diablo 3 and 2. Jay already has good experience in this regard.

Honestly none of us were great in bed the first time, but with experience we are all Chads now - Jay Wilson is now the Diablo Chad we need to get this done.
