Best person to replace Louis Barriga is definitely Jay Wilson and let me tell you why.

Diablo 4 is now TOO dark. What Louis did so far is great but it needs more colour and variety in landscape. Who can best deliver this style? Jay Wilson.
Diablo 4 Itemisation is very average compared to Diablo 2 - we need more variety like Diablo 3 and 2. Jay already has good experience in this regard.
Druid looks like an overweight alcoholic animal molester. We need the witch doctor back and guess who knows best? Jay Wilson.
Diablo 4 also is going WAY too slow, guess who has the experience to make it happen due to prior experience of a big Diablo launch? Jay Wilson.
Diablo 4 needs better trading and the beta despite being unfinished could use some better trade mechanics. Guess who has better experience with auction houses etc? Jay Wilson.
Diablo 4 also seems too slow in it's combat. etc etc

Honestly none of us were great in bed the first time, but with experience we are all Chads now - Jay Wilson is now the Diablo Chad we need to get this done.
