That's after I been working out already ! But to be fair I mostly do stuff like kettlebell swings, sandbag carries, slam balls, steel mace and clubs
Prob not the best for hypertrophy
I just ordered trap bar and a bc tbell
Gonna do a shit ton of rows and tbar deadlift
